My sales information is not connecting and I am certain I followed the MWS Connection steps perfectly. How can I get this fixed?

Try completely closing the app and logging back in.


To do this you must:

1) Double click the home button.
2) Swipe up on the app to close it.
3) Click the app icon.
4) Login as usual.
