How do I get a refund or cancel?

To cancel a subscription, simply login to your account, go to “Account Settings”, then go “Plan” (first tab) and select “Cancel Subscription”. Future payments will be stopped immediately and you will have access to the software up until the last day of the period you have paid for.

If you accidentally paid for an annual plan instead of a monthly plan, please email us at within 30 days and we will arrange an immediate refund of the balance of your annual plan.
