I’ve been tracking a product for several days and it’s showing no sales. Is that right?

In many cases it is correct, however not always. It is important to remember that many large companies push their products to Amazon without any optimization at all. For them it’s just one of many sales channels so it’s not that important. As a result there are many “dead listings” on Amazon that are literally selling nothing. If however there are other reasons to believe that the zero result is incorrect we would recommend that you delete the listing out of Sales Spy and then re-enter it.
