I am on a monthly plan but want to upgrade to annual. How does that work?

You can do this at any time. Simply go to “Account settings” from inside the application. The first tab is “Plan”. You will see your current plan listed there right at the top. To change your plan select the plan you want to go on to from the drop-down list at the bottom of that page. You will be billed for the annual plan that you select and forfeit any remaining time on your current monthly plan.
