What kinds of things should I be emailing my customers about?

As you will see in our Email Guide (attached here), we encourage people to send the following emails:

Email #1 - Right after the order has been shipped that confirms their order and thanks them for their business.

Email #2 - 6-Days after the order has shipped asking that the product arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Email #3 - 14-Days after the order has shipped asking for a review.
